Kanaka Foundation in collaboration with Dentist House and supported by Pepsodent Indonesia held dental and oral health counseling and examination activities at SDN 02 Pesaban and SDN 02 Akah, Bali, on December 16-17, 2024.
In this activity, various activities are carried out, among others:
* Dental and Oral Health Education
dentists from Dentist House provide counseling on how to care for and maintain dental and oral health properly and correctly.
* Free dental check-ups and extractions
all students and teachers at both schools get a thorough dental check-up. For those who need, tooth extraction is also carried out free of charge.
* Bulk toothbrush & equipment sharing
as a hands-on practice, students do the toothbrush activity together. After that, distributed toothbrushes and toothpaste Sponsored by Pepsodent Indonesia.
This Program aims to:
* Foster awareness of maintaining dental and oral health from school age.
* Provide access to dental health services that are easy and free.
* Teaches good practices that can be applied daily by students and teachers.
